P-1771 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING(BARAKA)

Baraka Real Estate Development Company appointed Emirates German Foundations LLC to carry out the enabling works for P-1771 Development of Residential Building, a 2B+G+12F+RF residential tower located at Plot: Miral No. C34, ADM No. 18, Sector YS2, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The project scope included piling works using the temporary casing method and secant pile shoring works, executed under the supervision of Bainona Engineering Consultancy. The piling scope consisted of 276 piles with a 750mm pile diameter and pile lengths ranging from 6.71m to 13m. The shoring works included 408 secant piles, providing strong excavation support and stability for the development.
